Deepak Tools Heat Treaters  established in the year 1987 at Mysore, All the process done in sealed quench furnaces with one line controlling via internet at our   plants. Now we  are able to offer our services to more engineering industries due to the additional capacities available. Their Unit has been approved by all major automobile manufacturers in India including Toyota, Ford India, Maruthi Udyog, Hundai , Telco, Honda through our customer M/s. GKN Inwell Transmission. And also  M/s. KOMATSU JAPAN also approved our plant for export components.

Our Main Equipments & Specifications :

Sealed Quench Furnace : Fully computerized &  fully automatic with touch screen operations only
* Remote monitoring & controlling of process is done through internet.
*  Maximum oil in quenching tank which will have  better control on quenching property.
*  Against normal 8 liters / Kg oil capacity, this furnace has 13.0 lts / Kg of component.
*  Only plant having the data's of set value, process value including the time & speed of

     quenching agitator motor.
